It features WIFI and USB connectivity for seamless data transfer to HACCP software, supporting food safety compliance. With a powerful 19kW output and 47 amps, this oven is designed for high performance. The cooking chamber is built from 316L stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. Included with the oven is a water line for easy connection to a ¾” MPT water source within three feet, facilitating steam generation.
