The Blodgett BLCT-10E-H is a compact electric combi oven designed for versatility and efficiency in commercial kitchens. This boilerless steamer features a Hoodini Hood for optimal ventilation and can accommodate either six 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" or ten 12" x 20" x 2" full-size hotel pans. Equipped with intuitive touch screen controls, it offers multiple cooking modes and the ability to store up to 500 recipes with 15 steps each, making it easy to replicate your favorite dishes. The reversible 9-speed fan ensures even cooking, while halogen lights provide excellent visibility inside the oven. The unit includes five wire shelves and a detachable hand shower for easy cleaning. An internal temperature probe guarantees precise cooking results, and a USB port allows for easy recipe uploads. With HACCP compliance and an automated CombiWash feature, maintaining hygiene is effortless. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior and interior, the Blodgett BLCT-10E-H is both cETL, ETL, and CE certified, ensuring it meets high safety and performance standards.
