The JAC Machines VARIA 1000 is a versatile bread slicer designed for both self-serve and professional applications. Featuring an adjustable dual mode, it can operate as either VARIA PRO or SELF 1000. The Teflon-coated circular blade effortlessly slices a variety of breads with a thickness range of 5mm to 25mm (3/16” to 1”). Equipped with LED lighting and three customizable slice settings, users can easily adjust blade speed and slice thickness to meet specific needs. The machine includes standard screen graphics, bagging spades, and a bag holder for efficient operation. Designed for easy cleaning, it features a locking safety cover for added security. The VARIA 1000 can produce up to 180 slices per minute in self-serve mode and 120 to 240 slices per minute in professional mode, accommodating loaves up to 17 inches in length. It operates on a 208-230V, 60Hz, single-phase power supply.
