The JAC Machines SWIFT is an automatic floor model bread slicer designed for high efficiency, capable of slicing up to 300 loaves per hour. It features adjustable slice thickness to meet your specific needs and accommodates loaves with a maximum dimension of 17 inches. The Intelligent Slicing Control (ISC®) and mode selector provide enhanced versatility for various slicing requirements. Equipped with a crumb tray for easy cleanup and durable casters (two locking) for mobility, this slicer operates at 0.49 kW with a power supply of 120v/60/1-ph and 7.3 amps. It is ETL-Sanitation and cETLus certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
