The U-Line Commercial UCMT148-SS91A is a 48" Refrigerated Mega Top Sandwich and Salad Unit designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. With dimensions of 48" W x 35 1/2" D x 42 1/2" H, it features four drawers, each capable of holding one 12” x 20” pan and three 1/6 pans. The pan rail accommodates up to twelve 1/6 pans, while the bottom drawer is designed for 4” tall pans, and the pan rail can support either 4” or 6” tall pans. Constructed from durable AISI 304 stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, this unit ensures longevity and easy maintenance. It includes an autodefrost feature and a CFC-free high-density polyurethane insulated cabinet for optimal temperature retention. The electronic digital temperature control comes with alarms for added safety, and it operates within a temperature range of 28-46°F. Environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant is utilized, and the unit is factory pre-wired for a dedicated outlet, complete with a 10 ft cord and plug (NEMA 5-15P). The high-efficiency compressor is side-mounted, complemented by a high-efficiency evaporator coil and condenser.
