The Traulsen CLBC7-L Centerline™ Blast Chiller is designed for efficient and reliable food preservation. This reach-in model features self-contained refrigeration with a capacity for (7) 18" x 26" or (14) 12" x 20" pans, allowing for a chill capacity yield of 56 lbs from 160°F to 40°F. Equipped with a standard food probe for precise temperature monitoring, the unit includes a stay-open door for easy access. Constructed with stainless steel for durability, it features a stainless steel front, sides, door, and interior, along with (7) stainless steel wire shelves for optimal organization. Mobility is enhanced with (4) 4" casters, and the left-hinged solid door is field reversible for flexible installation. Powered by R448A refrigerant and a robust 1-1/2 HP compressor, this model operates at 208-230v/60/1-ph with an 11 amp draw, and is compliant with cETLus and NSF standards.
