The Somat A-C418 Cone Assembly is designed for efficient waste disposal with a 4-1/2" diameter throat size. This assembly includes an 18" stainless steel cone for durability and optimal performance. It features a water swirl inlet valve that enhances the flow of waste, along with a vinyl silver trap scrapping ring for effective debris management. The assembly is equipped with a 1/2" solenoid valve (available in various voltages) for precise control, an 8-gallons per minute flow control valve to regulate water usage, and a 1/2" vacuum breaker to prevent backflow. Ideal for commercial kitchens, this assembly ensures reliable operation and efficient waste processing.
