The Hoshizaki CR49B-L Steelheart® Series Refrigerated Equipment Stand is designed for efficiency and durability in commercial kitchens. This one-section unit measures 49"W x 33-1/4"D x 27"H and features two spacious drawers, each capable of holding two 12” x 20” x 6” deep pans or three 1/6th size pans 6” deep (pans not included). Equipped with a solid state digital controller, it includes temperature alarms and an easy-to-read LED display for precise monitoring. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy cleaning, while the stainless steel interior provides a hygienic storage environment. The side-mounted self-contained refrigeration system features a left side condenser and utilizes R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling. With a 1/5 HP compressor, it operates at 115v/60/1-ph and draws 3 amps, complete with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. Mobility is enhanced with four 4" casters, making it easy to reposition as needed.
