The Duke CP5-SB-DC-D is a high-performance refrigerated drop-in cold food well unit designed for efficient food storage and service. With dimensions of 74-1/8"W x 25-1/2"D x 24-9/16"H, it features a 3/4" top recess that seamlessly integrates into countertops. This unit accommodates up to five 12" x 20" pans, each with a depth of up to 6", ensuring ample space for various food items. Equipped with a user-friendly touchscreen control, the unit offers optional mechanical control configurations. The durable 300 series stainless steel top includes an overhang and locking tabs for secure installation. Its robust steel exterior housing ensures longevity and reliability in busy kitchen environments. The unit includes a 1" brass drain and plug for easy maintenance and cleaning. Operating on R290 refrigerant, it runs on 120v/60 with a power consumption of 6.9 amps and features a NEMA 5-15 plug. The Duke CP5-SB-DC-D is UL EPH Classified and cULus certified, ensuring compliance with safety standards. A cutout of 73-1/2"W x 24-5/8"D is required for installation.
