The Cres Cor CO151H189DE2403 Roast-N-Hold™ Oven is a mobile, stacked, half-size convection oven designed for efficient cooking and holding. It features a top-mounted power unit and solid-state process controls for precise temperature management. The oven includes channel pan slides spaced 3" on center, accommodating up to 9 full-size bun pans. It comes equipped with 3 chrome-plated wire grids for versatile cooking options. The field-reversible Dutch door with magnetic latches ensures easy access and secure closure. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, this oven is built to withstand heavy use. It is mounted on four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stability.
