Connerton CNCG

The Connerton CNCG is a high-performance gas convection oven designed for efficiency and durability. With dimensions of 38-1/8"W x 41-5/8"D x 61-3/4"H, it features a robust stainless steel front and stainless steel doors equipped with double-pane windows for enhanced visibility. The oven is insulated with non-sag material on the top, rear, sides, bottom, and doors, ensuring optimal heat retention. This model includes five nickel-plated oven racks measuring 28” x 21”, supported by eleven position nickel-plated rack guides with positive rack stops for secure placement. It is powered by three 18,000 BTU/hr burners and features an electronic spark igniter for reliable ignition. The two-speed 1/2 HP oven blower motor ensures even heat distribution, while the oven cool switch allows for rapid cooldown when needed. The Connerton CNCG operates at 7.7 amps and is compatible with a 120V/60Hz/1ph power supply. It comes with a 6' cord and plug, making installation straightforward. This oven is NSF certified and ENERGY STAR® rated, highlighting its commitment to energy efficiency and safety in commercial kitchens.
