The non-stick Delrin roller assemblies facilitate smooth dough processing, allowing you to sheet dough to precise thicknesses ranging from 0mm to 4.76mm and up to 11.81” in diameter. Equipped with an emergency stop button for added safety, this dough sheeter can produce up to 300 pieces per hour, making it ideal for high-volume baking operations. It operates at 370W and 2.5 amps, compatible with NEMA 5-15P outlets, and runs on a standard 110v/60/1-ph power supply.
