The Axis AX-VB4 Vertical Broiler is designed for high-performance cooking with natural gas. It features four individually controlled infrared burners, allowing for precise heat management. The 36-inch spit accommodates large cuts of meat, while adjustable heat deflectors on both sides enhance cooking efficiency. A removable drip tray simplifies cleanup, and dual rails ensure smooth operation. The enclosed motor is protected from grease and debris, extending its lifespan. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the broiler includes a 24" x 31" octagonal drip pan and delivers an impressive 47,770 BTU output. It operates on 115v/60/1-ph power and comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug. The unit is NSF and cETlus certified, and an LP conversion kit is included for versatility.
