The Wi-Fi enabled control system offers steam, convection, and combi cooking modes, enhancing flexibility in food preparation. A USB connection facilitates easy software updates and data management. The multipoint core probe ensures precise cooking temperatures, while programmable delayed-start and cool-down functions provide convenience for busy kitchens. Time-programmable and manual steam injection options allow for customized cooking processes. The oven is equipped with double low-emissive glass thermal insulation on the door, promoting energy efficiency, and high-efficiency LED lighting illuminates the cooking chamber.
